Use some heat shrink tubing to quiet the hook part of the table hooks

Had a big off just over a week ago and had mangled my hamstring, won’t be back on the bike for a couple of months, so feeling really pissed off…..and then, found your channel! I have now got purpose again and it’s keeping me stoked until I’m back on the bike. Thanks from Australia👍

Yep yep, agree. It never ends, whether van build or hot rod. Those are some nice upgrades! I just took mine out for 1st test/ride local trip. Ready for this season. Built rig, Half prepped bikes, half prepped self. We gonna send er.

Headlights LED - yes I had to glue them in but that was five years ago and no issues. Nice, bright white LEDs.

Nice Job Brian. You should spray paint black your rims. I did it with my van, really cheap and gave a really co look. Also some of that tape on the table will help, that way the hook won't mess with your table and the tape will end at the bottom.

Just put your rubber tape on the underside of the table that is rattling so you don't have to use the towels. I use that stuff for weight bench, etc. Works great.

that 3M rubber tape is AWESOME!!!! great for bike protection too, easily molds around curves and really durable and sticky

pro tip: wear some eye pro when working under your vehicle. Nothing ruins your day like rusty metal flakes in your eye

Mount the button right above the on/off switch for your air compressor. You could drill through the plastic for the gauge and wouldn't be doing anything permanent to the van itself.

Bend the hooks in, and a little piece Of that tape on the end Of the hook.

Find a piece of rubber fuel line to put over the hooks that hold the table and that should stop rattling and damage

Couple pieces of rubber pipe slid over the hooks will help stop the table rattling.

Add one of those switches so that you can have a BBC tone in the van for soft lighting.

Those are illegal in the UK as they kill pedestrians, especially children. Car manufacturers are obligated to design vehicles so the front end absorbs an impact with a pedestrian. You've just removed all those safety features. The chances are it won't happen,but if you hit and kill a child,it will haunt you to the grave.

You can do a lot. You'll probably be able to change the oil too. Maybe cheaper. I stopped having oil changed by others because I got fed up with them with false claims of bad drain plugs and them trying to sell me a $5 drain plug scam. Even had this bad person put one qt. and send me down the road. Had a nagging feeling so I checked the dip stick, does not register after oil change. just enough to not have oil pressure light and I'd be broken down with blown engine on a cross country trip.

4 spring nuts and 4 bigger L brackets into that unistrut under your bed and that table is more out of the way.

you do all this work yourself ... and you take your car for an oil change!!!??? that is crazy you should do oil change your self.. big saving buy Walmart synthetic oil .. the oil change people are brain dead ... I know did in in college I am ashamed to say I started many cars..trucks with no oil in them ... when you do 50 day you forget!!!
