@primrosepeyne2 missdreamTV has uploaded it subbed. If you search "Mugen Gakuen" it should come up (14 parts). This is not the Kaiteiban version.

When she lowers it, the world is destroyed. She also uses it as a focus for most of her named attacks (The world ending isn't a named one, it's just a wordless action) Also it's not a staff, it's a Glaive. It's official name is the "Silence Glaive" That bit at the top is actually a blade (In universe, the one stage is probably plastic)
