It changed my life.
It also helped us change the culture at a logistics company.
This week, I had the opportunity to finally visit the company that inspired the book.
The Pike Place Fish Market.
Decades later, they are still all about FISH!

Love this video great work! I've been training FISH for 12 years in Australia and actually went to experience the Fishmongers in November. LOVE them they are the Real Deal!! Thank you for doing just an amazing job. I'd love to share your video with my clients to show what the they World Famous Fishmongers are doing now!

Thank you Joeri! Yes, it's different. I have actually recommended this approach to others, so here we go! Actually, it was not planned but when I was given the opportunity to do several interviews I did a pivot. Gotta a love the cool fish people!

Great video Tomas. 20+ Years I discovered the Fish Philosophy when working at a Call Centre. I agree with you that this is one of the most impactful books I have read and more importantly, implemented.

Totally! The focus on data analytics, AI, and robotics is not helping. We have a lot of ‘head’ but less ‘heart’ in the business.
