It was not a "reformation"; it was in fact a *revolution* . They became known as "protestants" because the object of their protest was what the Church is; what the Church has always proclaimed herself to be. And their declared objective was to overthrow this order established by Christ and replace it with one of their own design, over which they would exert total control. Such always has been, and always will be the revolutionaries' objective. There have now been two Protestant Revolutions; not one. The first one (Martin Luther) unfolded in the sixteenth century, and the revolutionaries, though many of them former Catholics, forsook the Church and set about her overthrow from without. But, as Pope St. Pius X pointed out; the new enemy was " *the enemy within the gates.* " Vatican II was the "Bolshevik Revolution" of the Catholic Church. It was the product of the rebellion that had been fomenting within the Church's own ranks for over a century. The rebels detested the Church as established by Christ, and determined to overthrow it and replace it with a church fashioned in their own corrupt and degenerate image and likeness. This made them " *protestants* " by definition. There have been *two* "Protestant Reformations"; not one. If the first was devastating enough, it pales alongside the devastation wrought by the second. Seriously, though, Francis is the solution to this problem. No, don't laugh......it's happening now. He's God's instrument of purification. You see, the only way out of this horror is through division ........... through separation. We have to come out of #QueerChurch. It's too broken, too corrupt and cannot be reformed in its present condition. A reboot is the only solution. Francis, through his heretical teaching and praxis, is the means by which faithful Catholics will abandon this filthy, faithless shell. The sodomites will go hog wild in #QueerChurch while the smaller, faithful remnant will begin again the task of spreading the Catholic faith through the world. There will be no grand inquisition and court martial of the malefactors who've taken over the ship. Rather, it is us who must head for the life boats and set sail in a different direction while the larger mother ship heads for the rocks and destruction. We must strengthen our own faith everyday. Someone just said, " we get the Pope that we deserve!" Over 60% of Catholics don't believe in the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist. We must pray and fast to convert these Catholics. We must make reparations for these sins. We will then get the Pope we need. Also a theologian from Denmark has just said in an interview that it looks like to her that unless the course can be corrected the Catholic Church is headed to become protestant, to fracture the Catholic Church is the goal of Satan.

I agree with you. Instead of Mary Magdalen, or in addition to, how about Our Blessed Mother? Shouldn't we, as women, model our lives after her? Just because we do not celebrate the Holy Mass does not demean us in any way. Our roles are COMPLIMENTARY not in conflict with the sacred roles men have been given by Jesus.

Be at peace my brother. Many people I have listened to feel your way and that is very understandable. However, consider the following: 1) It is impossible for the Church's teaching on this point. Not even a Pope can do it. What this synod and other pro-sodomites may do is to make things easier for dissidents to live in sin; however it does not have the power to change teachings. Not even the Pope can do that. Be at peace. You will notice that these heretics know they cannot change the Church's teaching so what they try and do is to open vague doors under the title of 'discernment' or 'subjective assessment of ones conscience'. So they will acknowledge the official teachings of the Church but very deceptively and sneakily allow the liberals to bypass this official teachings. That's the most they can try and do and how the devil works. Its why James Martin has to publicly lie and say he accepts official church teaching although we all know how he really feels. 2) What you propose is impossible; but Eastern Orthodoxy is no better. There are many Ecumenists, pro-sodomites and liberals in Eastern Orthodoxy, but its better hidden because so much of their internal politics is focused on the country and language of which the particular EO church relates. But many honest EOs on the ground will admit this. For further reference here, google the controversy over True Orthodoxy vs. World Orthodoxy. 3) Orthodoxy does not come in as an automatic second. You would need to consider the Oriental Orthodox as well. Especially because the Eastern Orthodox should also be viewed as failing because there were many times they accepted to varying degrees papal claims and authority. My point is, what if the pope does publish something stating clearly that the teaching on homosexuality has changed? I don’t think we believe that indefectibility just means there is a platonic form of the Church in the sky that has nothing to do with us down here. Or maybe I’m supposed to trust that God would intervene before a pope went so far, which I do genuinely try to do, but it gets harder and harder…..

Hello, brother. Stay faithful to the Lord (and Our Lady) and we will be fine. Christ is the head of his Church and he is the reason why his bride is "One, holy, Catholic and Apostolic." God knows all things and knew fully well these days would come. Yet, Our Lord chose men (and women) to guard and spread the Gospel knowing how imperfect we are. He chose St. Peter (who denied him but repented) and he chose Judas, too, who betrayed him and did not repent. Even if they make the worst of decisions, it will not and cannot change those teachings given us by the Lord himself- The Truth- and in Scripture and Tradition. So, don't worry, brother, stay in prayer and faithful to Christ and the Church he established, go to confession often and receive the Eucharist often. Our leaders may abandon us, but Jesus will not! But are you familar with the difference between the non-reformable magisterium vs. the reformable magisterium or the infallible magisterium vs. fallible magisterium? The most famous example of this being ex-cathedra statements. Its only in these situations that the Pope is fully protected from falling into error. In other ways he may say or do heretical things but those are human errors. And even ex-cathedra statements cannot overturn or contradict previous dogmas. The Pope cannot tomorrow come out and say God is not a Trinity etc.

Hi there! I think that's a fair question to ask. The important point here though is that a male and female joined in marriage make love to procreate. This is obviously not possible in same sex relationships. It is a harsh cross to bare for anyone with same sex attraction. I'm a heterosexual male and have my own crosses to bare too, one of those being addiction. It has scuppered any relationship I've had and I'm now leading a chaste life. If it's God's will I will meet a nice lady and find companionship. If that's not in God's plan for me, I will remain chaste and find solace in my relationship with God. I wish you well. God bless!

@@Dienekes678 Hi JOhn, addiction is way way different from naturally given or born to it. addiction is a choice not being gay. but am not a sex addict and am not into a relation now altho i have previous relationships. how i wish i was born straight. and finding a woman for companionship isnt the solution to the issue either. you know anyone cannot enter into marraige for sake of companionship alone. But world evolves John and it's the church obligation to look into it and bring that perspective into the wider lense not just in person's eyesight and understanding which is limited. Synod is really appropriate for this issue. This always reminds of many cases vs catholic church. But i want to point out specific case of Galileo. In 1616, the Roman Catholic Church investigated Galileo. In a trial, the Catholic Church ordered Galileo to stop discussing ideas that conflicted with the teachings of the Church. Ideas that conflict with religious teachings are named heresy. Heresy was against the law and punishable by imprisonment or death. in the end Galileo was right. the world-earth is round not flat. my goodness, we human, how shortsighted we are and how closed minded we are! and the saddest part there is, we judge!

@@bernadettesolomons1870 not sure what you mean. if the church allows it, then it will automatically be ordained. remember the church, specifically the chair of peter was given the key to heaven. anything that the church allows/approved, the heaven affirms/approved. This is what this all about. this is why the church is careful in making decisions...
