Really well done my friend mine is just as fast or faster. I've just done an upgrade on my FTX Banzai it's just as faster than the stinger with the same shell I've named him Frankinstinger 😂

I just bought one with a 8s setup and was told it was 6s . Same speed control you have .. different motor ..not sure which one it is

Love your videos man! What brand pinion gears fit the castle 1717?? I just switched from the stock system to the castle set up and there’s no info out there on what brand pinion gears fit. None of my stock pinion gears fit the castle because the castle motor shaft is slightly larger but still a 5mm. I have so many pinion gears for the stock motor I considered just drilling the bore out just a little to make the fit.

Leave the 34 spool and put in 29 pinion and then try 30 and 31 it will keep bumping u up slowly

How did you set up your MMX8 on your b-link? did you change timing im running 1717 1650kv MMX8 and could barely get my 29/34 to run faster i’ve done 105mph on it one time I have QS8 connectors with 2x 4s hoovo lipos not the best batteries but man that was an awesome run! thx!!

Batteries batteries batteries. Run a set of CNHL 120c or new ONYX blacks and you’ll get another 20mph more guaranteed

Where did you get a 35T pinion gear? I can't find it on the arrma website I only see a 34T spool gear.

I don’t understand the point of having a RC car if you’re not gonna drive it. Obviously put money into it, it still has potential to go faster I wouldn’t put it on the shelf makes no sense. Good video though.

Well it has to retire I don’t think it can do better but I’m pushing another run next year tho maybe get close to 140 but I still will run it and bring it out as show but it will not for anymore PBs

@@rcusa201 Some folks dont understand the speed run community. I dont even speed run, but i enjoy following the community and who are chasing and claiming the records, it's about a challenge, bragging rights, and fun. I may get into it for the fun factor. Great video bruh, your reaction was funny.
