I think what makes it so bad is the fact that it’s so wide so it gives you no sense of speed and there are too many sweeping left and right corners. Mostly full throttle and yet still takes nearly 2 mins to finish a lap. Must be pure torture for the drivers in a 50-lap race.

The track actually looks pretty fun, that long right in the middle of the track looks horrible as does the last corner but a lot of sections look better because of the angle of entry, especially the Catalunya chicane, would have liked to seen the old Singapore sling but tbf better than Vietnam

some of the corners just appear at awkward times and all the worst, tire-shredding corners follow one another and in actual fact it would be narrower than what it seems in this video leading to no overtaking.

hate that there's no straights leading into wide open slow-speed corners to allow overtaking. Tires will also overheat from the high speed cornering and accelerating out of the jarringly out-of-sync slow corners. But ngl, I love a slow corner to test the late brakers and test the driver-car packages which can rotate around corners quickly and aggressively without scrubbing the tires too much (you only see the greats doing it when they're in the zone and at one with the tires and a great car). I loved that he ended by doing the big sBinnala
