I feel like Justin was going for that beach boy look bc he was growing out his hair lol Also, no. Girls hair doesn't freeze in the winter. At least my friends and I's didn't. Also, to me, long hair isn't that hard to take care of. Try having long hair. WITH BANGS. My hair about 3 quarters of the way down my back, and I have THICC, in my eyes, bangs.
