one time in citadel of laptop splitting, i was on floor 4b when then a fell of a conveyor and got onto another conveyor there was an x pusher in front of me and i thought i was going the right path but then i noticed i didn’t have the speed boost so i jump backed to get it but then i jumped too late and fell to my demise

It may seem that it will give you a boost of momentum if you push it back a little. But don’t do that, as the pendulum doesn’t work that way. You’ll have a better chance of making it if you just hold W and don’t go backwards, hope this helps

3:46 omg dude i cant stress this enough. STOP DOING THE FINAL JUMP LIKE THIS. LITERALLY ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS 1. climb up the truss to where you are perfectly facing it (maybe glide to the side so you line up with the truss you are about to jump to) 2. turn your camera sideways like you are about to do a 12 stud no climb jump. 3. press shift and hold d at the same time, and while in mid air while still holding d, unshift, and there you have it. stop over thinking it its a free jump
