Last time I was in mate it had all changed,were once it was regimental the way it was run,the screws were a different bread as well ,young kids with zero authority ,i know the exact feeling your describing mate,were once it was the screws who called the shots it was now the inmates ,even the cells had writing all the walls ,windows missing , you wouldn't have gotten away with it years ago it,and that feeling of not knowing anyone no famliar faces is horrible,no place for people are age now in them places mate just maddness

I was in Highpoint in 2011, to be honest I didn't see much trouble, no more than other cat Cs I've been to. Swale side was the worst I've seen for the level of violence, not because of the amount of trouble, more for how serious the the grief was. When Brixton was a local and G wing was the induction wing, that's probably the worst I've seen for amount of fights, mainly due to outside beef. Love the channel mate. Keep it up.

Did me last sentence in highpoint . Got out 2021 April. I was banged up ALL over covid . But come strait off induction to the enhanced bit next door . Knew loads of boys onthere . Put a word in for me me and got me over, were all enhanced. Wrote to me bank got 2 grand sent in and had the next 18 months cushty , got 30 quid a week wages cos had job in Gardens. Growing chillies and cutting grass . Rest of jail was on lock down . Bought an xbox .. had it cushty tbh yammy . Had some parcels thrown over ... had a phone 📱 and weed . Lived nice . No one wanted for nothing on that wing and tbh every one got along . Trained out in the yard every day till my release . Dip and pull ups.. circits .. got on a food boat . But lot of me pals did get kicked off for hooch and phones . And because I was on the gardens I'd go to there wings and they told me I wish I never got kicked off the wing .. these other wings are fuckeeed ! Spose I was lucky uncle yammy.. but done g wing in pentonville on remand loads and tbh id rather be there than any other wing in highpoint. But the wing I did was sweet . Screws hardly came on tbh to busy on induction wing and having to fuck off to other wings because off agg lol 😆 didn't get to use the gym till it re opened towards end of me sentence because of covid .Good gym though but only got to use it last 5 weeks . Proberly on par with Chelmsford gym . Dont get me wrong I'm not making out I had it the best , I was getting free phone credit . My family had had enough of being in and out of prison . I saved up 200 quid in phone credit and that was because I had upset all me family . I did the 19 months there with no phone calls to family and visits . Stressed as people were dieing from covid but me family wanted to show me tough love. So it was tough but you adapt to ur surroundings. Lucky for me I had good friends in there and was on a decent wing . But no contact with family was horrible but I never showed i was upset . I knew why they did it . But we was like a family for the 19 months . They all got tag or d cat .. not me 😆 All behind me now . Off licence first time in 10 years . Never going back I hope . Ive heard bout highpoint my mate was in there over pillz ffs . Magazines round ur waist n that.. someone had boiling oil poured over him to, fuk knows what he'd done for that . I did read in parkhurst tales, that the hospital section at parkhurst had worse pychos.. even more than Broadmoor n wakefield, but this was in 70s n 80s... yeah horrible stuff man.. .Glad u got thru it Yammy. Jeeeez!! That actually sounds like something from a horror movie. Spice wasn’t the thing in Barlinnie in the early eighties, did smoke as much hash as I could get my hands on though and drink quite a bit of hooch, I got all the sugar 😂 The young guys are too much for me, far too much to say for themselves and very, very dangerous and unpredictable. The screws used to threaten you with Highpoint if you played up, I heard of many not making it back to their peter with their canteen.

Yes Yammy naughty little jail that knife point. You no even some of the screw's had mar bar's on there face's from being slashed 😂 When I was there in the 90'S I never got onto that big main wing that was over on that big field. Because I didn't have long left I stayed on the same side where they had induction. I remember they had a prerelease wing when you got down to your last 6 weeks. I remember one incident one of the lads went on home leave however he had that many people putting it on him to bring a parcel in he could only bring so much in. Because of that a lot of people wasn't happy with him because they didn't get there parcel and other's did. That poor lad ended up getting air lifted out the jail.

Most people born after 1990 including screws didn't get properly disciplined growing up, all this no more smacking your own kids! I got belt and slipper if I was bad as a kid, these days they have no respect, never been punished by parents.

I was ghosted out of Belmarsh to highpoint, in 03, the induction wing was an absolute shit hole, me and my Pals had a bit of a run in with some people, who was just bowling to the front of the dinner queue, the screws were lazy as fuck, I was lucky, I was with some mates, who was in Belmarsh, a few proper people, so we were left alone.

Was in highpoint in 86. Ended up in the north part which was ok,The north part ended up a woman’s prison. Was in north eye in 84,it was trashed in 86,and many were shipped to highpoint. F wing Brixton in the 80s was pretty nuts. Literally

I was in highpoint in 96- 97-98 I thought it was a good prison but that was just after the knife point madness. That's right the induction wing 5??? But I ended up on South 2 i think but a good prison with it all happening i even got a home leave from there. Best years to do bird was the 90,s if there is anything good about prison. We getting a part 2 yam I’ve got few stories from there on north side unit one was right next to a field Asian boys had man up in trees chucking huge parcels over I was banged up with one on the unlock landings think like 8 cells shower room toilets as you didn’t have them in cell was a madness if you had a wild one on the landing lucky for me at the time was all my boys and the Asian boys was sweet I had a sick time until I got out on unit 6 locked wings but showers in cell was luxury haha slipping in the shower for a wank lol😂

Was in high point 2002 03 04 wen south 5 was long turmers lifers etc, was run the the cons and sounds mental but I had some of the best days whilst on that wing, fence 14 i think it was where it was raining parcels daily whilst we was playing soft ball tennis, the wing went to shit wen the lifers were moved to south 8, at the time I had the unbreakable Nokia and would charge with rolled up battery’s, got some great storeys from this place, was on the servery and for a prison lived the life of luxury, for none lifers we had to do random vdt and we would get a servery glove get someone to piss in a finger tie it to track suit and would always work until 1 day I couldn’t get a glove so used a bread bag and ended up with piss and bread crumbs in the piss pot hahaha ended up being told I need to re do and was also strip searched but had piss tied round my bollocks hahaha I ended up being moved to hollesley bay for the last month of my sentence, was on B wing with couple of the TMD lot smitty and co, never managed to get onto the porter cabins

Wen I was there you used to have to walk right over near visits to collect canteen all the London black boys would wait to catch people on there own and jack em you had to go with a few man to avoid getting robbed then eventually it was done behind the door coz canteen was done on site you could get a job there I think it you had to be red band yeah now I know it’s even worse with the spice same as the mount the mount is naughty too full of bare London man on a gang ting
