Except they couldn’t Without taking loans out that is which is what moshiri did They shouldn’t be leaving Goodison Park moshiri should’ve just renovated that instead of building a fancy new stadium and leveraging more debt on their club to build it (which didn’t help the money wasted by the club on transfers that didn’t work out which is not just on the managers and staff but also on him) Moshiri got desperate to try compete with Liverpool quickly which was stupid and I’m not even a Everton fan and I can see the guys a idiot

Everton have been in decline since July 1987 - a title winning manager left to join Bilbao, that’s insane. Since, 1 trophy, & some stability under Moyes. Our best ever Prem player is still Andrei Kanchelskis - 7 years is not the timeline it’s 36 years since Everton started making incoherent decisions.

What’s a better run business? One that loses more money or ones that lose less money? Pretty obvious answer really, the only reason Everton haven’t went bust is because of the PL revenue they earn which is not due to the owner because Everton were already a PL side before Moshiri. They haven’t been relegated all the way down to League 1 or non-league football, the club hasn’t been liquidated and disbanded so I can’t say Everton was run worse than those aforementioned clubs. I’m pretty sure there was a lot of drama between the board and fans at those clubs too

The ONLY people that use and acknowledge the term The People’s Club are Everton fans! Literally no one else says it. All teams have great away fans, you can’t keep self-declaring that Everton have the best…they’re the most angry/hostile and hateful though, I’ll give you that.

The problem is the fans...they are literally the most jealous bitter fans in world football, they only support football through the hatred of Liverpool and that negative bitterness resonates throughout the club. They will never win anything with the mindset the fans have!!
