Eating 1 to 2 meals a day Walking 8-10k steps daily Jogging 2 km everyday Studying 3 hours every day working on side hustle Doing all this from more than 100 days. Honestly its not much and very easy to achieve but i purposely decided to take small steps. Smalls tasks are easy to complete. Sustainability is key.

Kam mushkil hota hain, isiliye Kam mat karo. Goal banao aur chote chote tukro mein divided karlo. Aur steps Ko follow mat karo, steps Ko habit Banalo, aur habit ek din mein nahin bantah. Example 1st week - 1 pushups 2nd week - 3 pushups 3rd week - 5 pushups 4th week - 9 pushups 5th week - 15 pushups 6th week - 20 pushups 7th week - 25 pushups 8th week - 35 pushups 9th week - 45 pushups 10th week - 60 pushups 11th week - 70 pushups 12th week - 100 pushups Aise Thora Thora karke habit bantah hain aur tumhara lifestyle ka hissa bhi bantah hain, aur uske badd 100 pushups tumhare liye koi Bari bath nahin hoga... Lekin zyadatar log motivate hokar - 1st days mein 100 pushups martah hain aur uske badd give up kar detha hain.... Same man I also want to send this message to all, I've cleared neet in 2018 now I'm making my own money ( tier 3 city mein aap ise middle class keh sakte to ) I have average physique, v taper bhi build ho raha hai, ladkiya bhi aab samne se baat karne lagi ahe but most importantly Jo muze chaiye voh muze ignore karti hai so Aisa mat samjana ki sirf gym se Saab ban jayega, first get into nice college or your career ( working out is nice par usko apna career mat bana lena) self improvement is not only on looks but remember your carrier is also important then comes your partner, 2-3 chize combined honi chahiye na ki ek koi fix

Mai bhi ake baar me bouht sari chizze karne lga tha jaise ki 2km joging am waking up at 6am . Mai quit karne hi vala tha but aapki yai video dekhne kai baad mujhe samaj aa gya ki paile kisi chiz ki habit banao fir usme kuch naya add karo. From now i will develop the habbit of waking and sleeping early . ❤❤ love from bihar ❤
