I would not have traded dwarven, crimson, crystal hallows, the rift, the garden to have a foraging rework earlier. What made the island dead for me was the enchanting rework. When I no longer needed to go to the dark oak forest to gather wood for growth 5 books I didn't have a reason aside from putting in hours for minor strength bonuses but I am more than happy to spend that time working on cata levels and reputation
