My biggest pet peeve when it comes to ordering chicken is seeing feathers on it. It might be a little unseasoned fine, but cleaning the chicken is the bare minimum and a restaurant will forever lose me as a customer if it’s not.

It's crazy how these restaurants get away with such outrageous prices when they don't even put the effort into the food. If you're paying 15+ dollars for a meal that shit better be top tier because no way in hell did it cost anywhere near that to make, and the labor? Laughable. Throwing something in the fryer or slapping some sauce on something isn't effort. Inflation isn't hitting that hard, you're all just greedy bastards.

Kuzzos is 3 blocks from me. I haven't gone back once after 2013. The wife found a hair embedded in the salmon patty. I laughed, and asked "That's what you get for ordering salmon in a chicken & waffles place! Lol!" She was not amused, as I ate pretty good chicken, and a tough waffle. Never again, they broke the Not paying to eat your hair. Now I just fry up a whole 8 pc. bird, and break out the waffle iron.

You be surprised how many restaurants change there grease like only once or twice a week.. 😂😅 at our fish market restaurant we have to change the grease & clean the fryer daily cause people can tell..

I have heard about them now I am glad someone spoke on these places. I think we need to put the word out on all places that you pay your money to go and the food is crap on all platforms. This way the good places who really care will get more business.

I say this all the time: A LOT of people will eat any damn thing! Kuzzos has really tanked; I went there twice a long time ago and the chicken and waffles were delicious! Those waffles look absolutely disgusting! Rubbery and ZERO crunch? Who would pay their money for that? Better yet what employee would SERVE those to paying customers? I had two bad experiences at KUZZO and nothing was ever done about it. I ordered $90 worth of food and all of it was messed up the chicken had feathers everywhere the waffles taste like sponge so I called the manager who could not do anything but I am so glad for you review at KUZZO .. because I’m going to let them see this, you’re one of the best on KZfaq with true reviews I love your channel. please keep doing what you’re doing.
