I couldn't find the Season 9 intro anywhere on KZfaq, so I decided to upload it myself, along with all other variations on this great TV intro.

I really love the zoom-in on the photographs of their faces. Like, right from the start it's like the series is saying "you will never see these people in real life, in fact you're lucky you even get to see their IDs. If you do see them in real life, consider it a possible harbinger of death."

Agreed. It adds more mystery. Also the fact that as the picture pulls into closer inspection, just as clarity is within grasp, if fades into blackness... Such is the heart of this sci-fi show. It's has elements of mystery, but in other mysteries the detective always cracks the case wide open. These secrets are too unfathomable to be perceived...

Yeah but the only thing I hate is that sculpts hair changes like 3 ways from season 1 to 7 and they didn't portray that in the intro, even mulders hair was slightly different.

I have to pick the original. The later ones feel like they come from a tv show, but the first one wouldn't look out of place on a battered VHS tape found buried in a box inside an abandoned building.

One of my favorite tv shows! I could use some help with something though as I do not remember what happened. I remember for a few seasons Mulder had gone missing and Scully had to find him. Can anyone fill me in on why Mulder was not in the cast for a few seasons and what happened to him after he was rescued?

I feel like there's 3 ways to end this show. Even though I spoiled the endings for all those 3 Seasons I think the show could of ended at. Season 5 finale along with Fight The Future, Season 7 finale, or Season 8 finale I really think I should Ignore Season 9-11. I personally think the show would have ended perfectly at Season 8 finale. Though I only saw the first four Seasons so far and haven't finished 4 yet.

I finished Season 8 a while back and just as a thought. X Files should of ended there. Season 9 is so awful and unneeded to be made.

For me the best ending would be season 7. While season 8 wasn't bad, it just wasn't the same without Mulder and I prefer Robert Patrick as T-1000 rather than John Dogget. Seasons 9-11 along with 2008 film are indeed bad though.

If you want to upload each variation of the intro (tha tag line at the end excluded), you'd have to upload every single intro from every singly episode of season 9, since the name list shown in that one, is always different.

Lucas Silva YES! I'm so glad I'm not the only one who hasn't noticed it being changed. I like the first two Season intros themes. But once they changed it in the Season 3 theme intro I noticed it sounded really cool and a bit different. I honestly think it sounds so amazing.
