Even though this video is totally amateur hour & isn't as nearly well edited like I could be editing it now because it was rushed & it's so old & I've gotten so much better, I love that it is still getting all this attention. Just saw this episode for the first time, literally 30 minutes ago and I was crying buckets! And I had seen this video in the related videos bit and I couldn't wait to watch it after 'Existence' and I'm sooo glad I did, because this is so amazing! If I had seen this video right after the episode aired, I would have had a heart attack and died from happiness. I mean, I can't explain it. I've commented on this video two years ago, but I just can't get over how amazing this scene is and how much greater you've made it! This is the ultimate joy for an X-Files fan. Nothing can compare. I don’t know why it took me so long to see this video but I LOVE it.

I just watched the last ep of season 8 there with this scene, the commentary by the director says that since this was David and Gillians last scene together (since David is gone for most of season 9) that after the scene was over the two actors silently stood together in that room hugging and crying for like 5-10minutes. That has totally made this scene even more powerful for me! Great vid by the way ... your choice of music is perfect!

I posted once before on this clip, but I'm gonna do it again. I have one other important thing to say. I have decided that this is my new favorite scene in The X-Files. I can remember watching this scene on FOX and thinking "I can die happy now! Mulder and Scully officially had sex! More importantly, they love each other!!!!!" One important detail I just noticed: Scully says, "They cam to take him from us." Notice that she said "us", not "me." That is proof that they are "an item"!!!
