The moment marijuana is finally made federally legal, Kyle should have his felony expunged from his record. Of course, that probably won’t happen, because this country is A completely unjust wasteland. The prosecution put forth against Kyle consisted of complete and utter trumped up charges, and the fact that he had to serve any prison time at all for an entirely victimless crime proves that our justice system is a completely broken mess. If you truly believe that his Second Amendment rights should be revoked as a result of the crime he committed, you’re a complete moron

@Nicolas mitrache I looked into it since commenting and it looks like if you have a felony, you can never be in possession of a gun. But it looks like he may be able to get his felony expunged because there's talk of expunging a lot of drug crimes from people's records.

Look up pka highlights, kyle (fpsrussia) explains why he cant do fps russia anymore and its actually a funny podcast. He ended up going to jail for a misdemeanor for half a year i believe and the misdemeanor basically banned him from even being able to use any type of weapon in the united states

GuitaristOnTheRoof That’s not even close how that works... you need to wait 10 years before you can even reinstate gun rights he has felony drug charges, you think 4 years and all of a sudden your good to receive gun rights automatically? Not only do you need to wait 10 years I mentioned, you need to get your felony expunged, then petition to reinstate your gun rights, you then need governors pardon, federal pardon, etc etc. He won’t even be able to get gun rights at minimum until 2027 let alone all the legal processes after that, all the fees and I highly doubt he could instantly come back after that long with the same level of content especially since he has no one to supply him for all the fire arms anymore.
