hi thanks for the content. I have problem with my AIRSTEP KAT. When I plug in to my Katana 50 Mk2 using the original cable, I switch On th amp, switch On the Airsteps, the light letter 'I' is not on. I have check the manual asking to restart the amp, but still doesn't works. I have fully charge the AIRSTEP to green. Please advice, thanks

You are right with the USB C connection. I am now looking for a magnetic OTG USB C connection. Maybe this makes it a bit more safe.

That's a good idea. Gaffer tape was my solution.

Not ONE video I can find that actually shows how to pair the "air" with a tablet or phone. My Air Kat does not NOW nor has it EVER shown me a "pairing" signal on any LED on the foot pedal. My devices (phone and tablet) will see the pedal, but it won't pair. IS THERE A WAY to set the AirStep to go back, or IN to pairing mode? The manual says that when you first turn it on if will blink, as if it's in pairing mode. Mine does not. Anyone with ideas?

Great video I’m new to the katana (late to the party) can this be used to access like pre set patches? That can then be saved to the amp? Say I was looking for a specific tone for a song or band? Thanks 🤘🏻

Can this be used with a Boss Katana MKII 100-2x12 amp?I see the website only mentions Boss Katana MKI but not the MKII models

I've literally just bought a USB C to USB B cable to link my android phone with Katana Librarian on to the amp. Apart from the bluetooth what can this footswitch do that the BOSS GA-FC can't? I'm ready to go ahead with one of these but unsure which is best for the money

Too bad they didn't think to allow this footswitch to connect to the amp wirelessly, without the usb cable.

There isn't the ability because there isn't any Bluetooth function in the amp itself. Only the Katana Air has bt I believe.

its not wireless if you still have a janky usb cable running across the room.

@@Bierce88 it allows you to control the elements of the katana you would normally need to directly plug your computer or phone in for.
