'Cumpleaños' is actually one word for birthday rather than cumple and años separately At least in Castilian (Spain) Spanish.

I'm now actually confused about the Lydia knife thing. Is she playing into it? I don't want to judge. I'm more genuinely confused how someone can handle a knife so poorly. Is it a hand eye coordination thing maybe? Am I just lucky to have learned how to use a knife? How does one get so far in life without being able to cook? Great stream thanks for uploading!

None of these "experienced pizza makers" figured out to just make the pizza on the peel rather than trying to get it on the peel and crumpling it up

Any actual "experienced pizza maker" would know to not make it on a perforated peel. That setup is to make it on the bench and slide it onto the peel. If they had a wood peel they could get away with making it on that, though it would have stuck to that as well b/c of how long they took. However none of them are pizza pros, it's ok. It was all for charity and entertainment anyway!
