This is the story of how YourLife Gym was born.
The YourLife Gym is the first mental health gym in the world, located in Lancaster Pennsylvania. The YourLife Gym is focusing on mental health and physical fitness to transform the mind and body.
Founded by the vocalist of August Burns Red Jake Luhrs.

This showed up randomly on my bodybuilding rec feed and I'm glad it did. Not only is this very original but it's also of God. He literally made a way for everything you needed along the way. Wow. I'm 9 mo. late watching this but I hope it's going well and touching the lives of many! ♥️

Absolutely incredible, cheers Jake. You rarely see initiatives like these across any other genre of music-which is why I love the metalcore community so greatly. Your positivity reciprocates and it shows. Hope to make the drive up from NJ some time soon!

As a kid I was a huge ABR fan seeing y’all several times back in the day. My wife just got me your devotional, Mountains and like you said in the video is crazy when life comes full circle. God is so good man. I have a very similar vision and passion in my heart and it’s inspiring to see you walk it out.
