yeah I had one last week that was held up by nothing more than some string lights ... seriously dead for many years.

That little Echo is light, which I like, but its only really good on the smaller soft woods just because it's underpowered. When it's good it's good and I really like it ... but I still climb with the most powerful top handle most of the times

@@metaspencer me nether, on a good note its a $20 fix, cylinder looks ok (Havent taken the head off, just looking from the spark plug hole and exhaust port) might have to hone the cylinder, and deffinatly a new piston, can fix it in a few hours

@@WoodCutr1 I trashed a 194T a year ago, thought it was a 2 hour fix, and it's still leaking fuel. you're a better mechanic than me for sure!

@@metaspencer I dont know exactly what this will be, since im hearing the 391 is a clamshell, havent looked, but I dont think its gonna coma apart like the rest im seeing (remove top cover, side covers, carb and block, then hammer out the wrist pin, swap piston and repeat but backwards) really hoping I can get it fixed easily, and hoping the cylinder isnt screwed up, since its not my saw and its almost brand new. weird feeling, like I cant tell if its my fault it blew (I was using it when it happened) or if its not my fault (It was my dads idea to mill with it, but I didnt ask before going out and milling this time) im gonna go with not my fault, was his idea to mill with it, and I was doing exactly what he said was ok, in fact I was running it easier than normal, rocking it in the cut (To take the corners off instead of plowing thru one long cut)

I'm trying to remember that job -- may very well have laid that one down on the roof :) it happens!

It's a complete rip off around here: the city runs a "landscape recycling center" and it costs about $100 per dump trailer to drop off, and everything has to be cut down to 6' pieces. So a chipper would be nice but I haven't gone that way yet

@@metaspencer Woah that sucks. I had my truck bed and a 4x8 trailer filled with brush and the dump wanted $60 to get rid of it. Now that's not seeming like such a rip off

@@griley1474 Since it all gets chipped and composted and is better for the town/environment to recycle than just dump somewhere random, I always think it should be FREE ... but I just like free no matter what :)

@@metaspencer what can I say, I wonder if a chipper would have paid for itself yet? Is there an attachment version for your tractor, and if so would that be a cheaper option?

@@alpinealpine2793 There is a PTO chipper for the tractor, but I haven't gone there yet. It's tempting though!
