Can someone explain how he beats them so easily ? Is it based on mechanical disadvantage ? I don’t know anything about arm wrestling but it seems like his hand is always way more curled in and wrapped over his opponents arm. Like there’s is flat or even bending back and his is consuming their hand

Yeah, one of his tricks is to carve in with his palm edge like Luke Kindt and turn the guy's palm up where he has little power from his lone bicep, and the other one is to use his rising toproll and pronation to attack the fingers of the other guy and roll him over to the pad.

All throughout junior high and high school i would arm wrestle for lunch money and did pretty good. Always funny to pull on the big guys. I was only 150lbs but consistently pulled on guys 50-100 lbs more than me. All those years o never pd attention to techniques just used brute force but ive learned a ton just by watching these vids, been a automotive mechanic for 35 years so ive naturally developed good for arm strength. Just recently started doing it again and would love to do some amateur green horn events.

Good stuff, man! You are a strong M'fr!! Would love to learn the techniques behind the sport and get into it, but I'm scared of breaking my wrist or forearm doing it. Anytime I arm wrestle anyone, it hurts like hell, even with a high pain tolerance.. Mind over matter, just like anything difficult.

But going against someone who knows nothing about the sport compared to someone who trains for it, the gap between strength is oceans apart. You obtain a freaky kinda of strength when you train for it.

I know the feeling boys. My pops is a retired truck driver. In my younger years I would try like hell to beat him in arm wrestling. Couldn’t even move his arm an inch, ever. He’s 77 years old now. I wonder. I’d like to try again but I’ll be ashamed if he beats me still. I would like to think he wouldn’t be able to, but man you never know. And I don’t want to beat my dad, make him think he’s really getting old. I’ll leave it alone, but the curiosity comes every now and then.

@@3enjamin finger was sprained through the whole filming but it dug into my finger and cut me while pulling so I'd take it off at some points. Then I kept hurting finger from not using the splint so I'd put it back on.

Arm wrestling is all technique and wrist control. I knew a girl in highschool who was beat dudes who can bench 400lbs with massive arms. Also one of my friends had massive hands and wrists and could beat me, i never understood it, I was bench pressing 315lbs to his 135lbs , i could ragdoll him wrestling, beat him boxing, out lift him at everything but it must of been his technique because in arm wrestling he won everytime. i could curl almost 3x more than him too. The girl beat him though and she was the only one lol

There’s absolutely nothing about being good about what he’s doing I’m not gonna be a hater but I’m gonna state fax right now and all he’s doing is letting his opponents wear them selves out and then he’s putting them down for the finish is the most simple thing you can do an arm wrestling match with somebody who has no experience and that’s why I messaged this guy and told him he needs to arm wrestle me.

"Letting them wear themselves out" actually does him more harm than good because he is wearing himself out just as much, which is way worse since he is pulling many people one after the other. It would be much easier to just flash pin all of them to conserve energy.
