Hello, thank you for that video. What is the difference between FAC and Simpson? I mean why couldn't we just put in Simpson for RV?

Hello! Fractional area change is a measurement based in areas and Simpsons is a measurement based in volumes. Because the very difficult shape of the RV, we don't normally measure EF for the RV.

Suppose the FAC is 30% then what is the predicted RV E F ?

FAC is a different measurement from ejection fraction... Normally we don't measure EF of the RV (because of its complicated anatomy) and we use some other measurements to assess RV systolic function: FAC, Tissue Doppler, TAPSE.
