do we have to measure that E point- IVS in three places? and count the mean of them?

No, just with one it's fine... Unless the patient is in atrial fibrillation

Miss , does that mean if we can measure the EF directly we dont need mv essp ?

Everything can help in order to assess the LV systolic function, however EF is more reliable and the MV ESSP is not a mandatory measurement, it's more like an accessory one
