Bro abeg spill d truth The worst nkwobi rather Firstly Nkwobi is never made with nutmeg🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️😂😂😂 Secondly The pot was not supposed to be hot before u add palm oil and water. Thirdly Potash is not good for human consumption so we replace it with what we d igbos call 'Ngu' made of ashes. The Nutmeg u used was supposed to be a mixture of ehuru and ihu (calabash) for that fiercely flavour. Lastly, u were supposed to dice those cowfoot into smaller sizes and remove d big big bones.
