It’s great grill. Your first cook on it, it all looked great. I’m not a big fan of gas grills. Yet I appreciate them for convenience. However, this Monument 605 Pro, I not only appreciate it for the convenience but also for the performance. Also, Monument has smoke boxes that hold wood chips, and they fit underneath the grates, between the burners. You would like them.

Looks like a very nice grill. I seriously need one since I don’t have one anymore. Great looking food. Made me hungry and ready for summer to get to Wyoming.

I quite like my Gas/Inferred grill. I can’t remember the brand, but I love it. I do the usual meats, but it also makes great grilled asparagus.
