Just a clarification here: I’m NOT the rights owner of this song, I just happen to own this record since a looong time and uploaded here. Carti or his producer sampled this upload, not my business to deal with the legal part of all this so stop asking to clear the sample! Thank you.
@redblazer29 Жыл бұрын
But how did you even upload the record in the 1st place if you're not the rights owner and happen to just have this song downloaded on your drive? Why didn't the label copyright this video?

@@aneanderthalscout37 It's because japan's copyright strict rules, or so i've heard. japan doesn't let any outsiders or overseas people to listen to 80's city pop song without the artist's permission. and ya know since most artists like these are dead or just ummm lost without a trace??? since anri is probably still alive when spotify came out. if you want to hear these songs on spotify you need to be registered as a japanese person by, using a vpn and making a new account with that "japanese server vpn" for like a week

To anyone wondering why this isn't on streaming: Seeing when there's old music that for the most part of it's existence has not been popular it's often up to whatever label is the rightsholder after all these years to specifically get the stuff on platforms. It's not nearly as simple as you think, in short not every song out of the millions that exist is gonna be up "just because". That being said....... _WE NEED EVERY MAI YAMANE SONG ON STREAMING NOW, SHE IS AMAZING_
