Description: To live stress free means to live with awareness in ones life. It means becoming aware of the thought patterns, the beliefs & values, and the behaviors we do on a daily basis. I've gotten the question lately of "Dennis could you please add to your How To Live A Stress Free Life previous video.'
So Today Is That Day. A Day Where We Understand The Knowledge Presented In This Video, And Start Applying These Ways To Our Own Lives.
The beauty of this 10 powerful ways to live stress free video is that it's in plain English. I don't go into deep jargon as far as how the brain works, or the facts and statistics when it comes to the amounts of stress people deal with on a daily basis.
These steps are easy to understand and even easier to start applying. So I challenge you to make a list of all the core beliefs you have about yourself that doesn't serve you. After that make a list of where your time is being spent and with whom that keeps adding to your stress and anxiety levels.
This video is a great share for all the people out there who deserve a stress free life. So please Like, and share this video with your friends and families and let's begin inspiring others together.

To be honest these days my health has been deteriorating from all my anxiety and stress. I have to go out tommorow and literally I get stressed from thinking about going outside. I feel like something might happen to me outside. All the time I live in this fight or flight mode. And I’m sick of it 😞

Oh wow Dennis this was so inspirational. The point you made in regards to Europeans work to live is so true. I had family from Italy come here to Australia and they were amazed, if not shocked at how much we work and how frantic our lives are, work, work, rush rush rush. Their way of living is so completely relaxed and different. They stay in the moment, live for today, tomorrow.

Hi Dennis I hve and live wth a grandson who has a son and when the son gets upset or needs to cry, his father gets highly upset and tells his son boys don't cry! Sad! I tell my gson that that's a God given emotion but he can't grasp it ...i don't know where he gets this from maybe friends etc...but I do know and pray for my ggson..that it doesn't effect him later in life.

I have been absorbing your videos better. No matter what im doing in the day im always watching your videos. If im at a 15 min break from work i put on your videos. If im in the car waiting for the wife for whatever reason, im watching a video. If im in the bathroom, im watching a video. I've pretty much stop watching tv except for "planet earth" which is like nature stuff but thats it. No more than a half hour. I stopped going to my therapist because i was teaching him by simply watching your videos. Its funny how a person on youtube whose not a doctor can change your life. I see now why you dont like giving tips and techniques. Its because the real problem is our irrational, negative beliefs that dont serve us. Thanks Dennis

Hi Dennis, great video, as usual. Although i want to point out that the "work to live" mentality is restricted to Southern Europe, Northern and Western Europe (can't speak for Eastern Europe) labelled them as lazy people. Personally, I agree that more people should look at life this way, instead of "live to work". That's an idea my environment can't seem to grasp yet, sadly. Spreading the word, though :).

my friend has been diagnosed with strep throat and i've been hanging out with her all week. it really scared me when she told me and i started taking vitamins, eating all of the immune support foods i could, etc. well my throat started hurting yesterday and i went to the minute clinic. i tested negative for strep and she told me it was allergies and i was fine after that. however at the beginning she asked me if my stomach had been hurting and i said yes i had some sharp pains going through it yesterday. well this morning i wake up and my stomach felt extremely sore and it was just hurting. it scared me so bad i had a panic attack. anyone know what this may be from?? i've never had anything like this happen to me and i have no idea what's wrong

Hi Dennis, one of the points you mentioned is on slowing down. I like the idea, but what would be your advise for those of us who have stressful jobs? Like me for example working as a nurse. My job most of the time is hectic and I am always rushing which is very anxiety provoking. Changing a job is not an option currently. Thank you for what you do!
@TheAnxietyGuy1
@TheAnxietyGuy1 6 жыл бұрын
I'd focusing on recognizing when there is time to slow down (even two minutes) and engage in activities that promote the rest response (speed, breathing, nature, posture, etc). I used to have a hectic position as well but even 2 mins every 2 hours made. massive difference in my perceptions and mindset.

Could be trauma related, definitely overload or overwhelm, I would look into meditations/exercises that take as much of the activity within the senses away for rest and balance. Floating for example is good, grounding is good in nature, anything that doesn’t make you work so hard to figure out what all the data within your environment means, less stimulation the better.

How do you find your passion? I'm having a hard time finding a hobby.
@TheAnxietyGuy1
@TheAnxietyGuy1 7 жыл бұрын
belam1982 A hobby is something to occupy your time and builds on your interests. A Passion is something you're fully committed to and is one of your purposes/missions in life. Many people never find their true purposes on life (multiple) due to either a fear of failure or a fear of success. This leads to doubt and many people never engage in going deep within themselves to find what they are truly passionate about. You know what you want in life in all aspects, now it's time to give it your daily attention.
