News never covered how violent the streets were and let a lot of young men and women die quietly and terribly. I used to be a terrible critic of trap and drill but now I respect how guys like Keef, Durk, Duck, Fredo, Capone, etc. used music as an outlet for the violent nature of their lives. It’s sad that many of them never lived to see their dreams fulfilled.
