Not just the large VHS and Betamax formats during the 90s and it was cutting edge technology back then to boot Combine that with the fact that Freaknik party scene was going on in tbe South and that other parties and after parties were going on and the groupies were extreme level... for example JLo was really a dancer for the TV show In Living Color by the NEAR mid 90s. i used to sell jamal trees back in florida he had me meet him at george clinton from p-funk home studio in monticello. he went back to philly his wife wrecked his truck. i used to listen to illegal album as a kid before his partner Malik joined dog pound under the name hershey loc so it was cool asf to meet jamal later in life i had spoke to redman on the phn on his bday 5 yrs prior to that, through tracy waples from defjam i was supposed to meet erick sermon and join them when i was younger lol
