You can run your best race ever and it still isn’t enough sometimes times but you can’t dwell on the past. Just gotta move forward and keep grinding! Clearly there’s been progress so keep going!

Watching the 4x1, I was thinking a) move up to box McDonald w/ 150 to go b) @ 60m to go, you looked down, like you thought, "I don't belong here" or, "I can't do this". But...you were there. So next time, keep yer head up! Great series of races

Great job here Spence really running well and it will pay off as the season progresses. both in the film and in the race, excellent stuff. What I will say is that you looked a little less comfortable leading up as you look thought the footage you seemed to yoyo a little bit and I wasnt sure if it was you itching to go faster or them slowing as you were moving, but I think in the end it took a little away from your finish having to chop yourself down a little bit. Seriously you held your own out there against some excellent folks - which means you are pretty darn awesome too. now get ready for the rest of the season, build on that fire!

This is a late comment on the 4 x 800 , but you can see the entire 4x800 on utube and the guy on leg 3 was awesome . He made up a 30m deficit and handed to Joe in first .

Was the race 4 x mile or 4 x 1600m? Not the same3 thing. It would be approx 36 metres short of 4 miles.
