The Australia Institute’s 2024 Climate Integrity Summit brought together experts from academia, politics, not-for-profit and the private sector to explore the different dimensions of integrity in our climate policies, in order to help us all understand the solutions and how to implement them.
Jennifer Balding is Senior Manager of an Investigation and Enforcement team within ASIC’s Enforcement & Compliance Group. She leads ASIC’s enforcement action associated with financial services, credit and corporations sectors and led a number of ASIC’s recent greenwashing enforcement actions.

Way to go with the greenwashing actions ASIC. Fossil gas greenwashing is the worst. We have it big time here in Canada. Keep up the good work!

ASIC is protecting the perpetrators, don't listen to their misleading statements. ASIC is the problem, not the solution proven by ongoing greenwashing

ASIC should keep to what it's good at, administration. Failed regular from their own data. Rejects concerns in seconds without even reading them! Shameful corrupted system

During our energy transition we have to remain mindful of not creating another Spanish Inquisition, as we all struggle to adapt our way of living over to a zero carbon future, yes we have to move very quickly but we are in this together, even the Luddites

Have to confess, that as defenders of anyone other than a particularly mendacious brand of pretender, Australia's watchdogs are vigorously ineffective.
