When the sand has the right level of moisture it works wonderfully , although if it’s too wet it doesn’t always come out evenly

Id be interested to hear if when the PGR wears off (usually 4-6 weeks) if it puts on a little growth spurt for you. Seems very early in the season for it to go into hibernation

In wrote hibernation but really I think the PGR just stopped the lawn from growing all together. I know it was the PGR that caused it because where I missed along the edge of the paths the grass is green and growing like a rocket. There are patches of green on the lawn in a squared off pattern. I spray North -South then, East West to ensure coverage. This squared pattern I feel is a result of a shoddy spray job. As of today, I don’t think the lawn is “hibernating”. I think it is actually dying! I say this because the patches that where brown are now straw coloured and pull out of the ground quite easily. I thought it could have been grubs but they don’t work in nice squares.

I don't think it is quite as drought tolerant as couch grass, but on a putting green its running rings around my couch grass

@@samuelasamoah6906 Yes mate it will work if you do it correctly and keep it constantly moist and never allow it to dry out. Zoysia is SUPER SLOW so you will need lots of patience

Hi Ryan no it's something totally different. This stuff is a special zoysia bred for golf greens, Its not as yet commercially available I have it here on a special trial

I honestly couldn't tell you mate, It dad's old sieve he had for ever and no longer needed it, So its here now haha But at a guess lets say 2-3mm
