As someone who loves cooking but has a small indoor kitchen. This has actually given me the idea that I could just create an outdoor dream kitchen instead of renovating my indoor. This actually gives me hope. The only thing that is kind of making me weary about this is that I live in the northern half of the U.S and it snows up here.

I subscribed and now I have to find the complete build process hopefully there has at least been a first episode to this series. Amazing job! Could you consider doing a video about how to plan your outdoor kitchen cooking equipment? Most people cannot or would not go to the extent you did, and that's a credit to you and your family. What surprised you now that you've been using it all? It would be really cool to see how you rank the utility of each thing to you... Kamado, Propane Grill, Pellet Grill, Power Burner, Flat Top, Pizza oven. I know everyone's needs are different, and some of the extras are because you review things, but I'd enjoy seeing how you rank what gets used the absolute most, and what you could have lived without to help guide people that don't have the space or budget to do such an awesome setup.
