The real reason he’s getting banned is he has shown millions of players a core issue with the game system and instead of fixing it riot just decided to make abusing the system bannable

If riot is going to ban people for this, they need to look at their incentives on this champ and maybe address the issue by giving sion a rework. Bauffs is making it work because it does work. And Riot is punishing him for reacting to their design incentives. He stole dragon, got his lane opponent's tower, got another two towers, and applied split pressure. If he team understood what he was doing, they'd have played differently.

yeah riot will ban baus for winning the games by dying a lot, but will not ban the guys spamming slurs in chat 24/7

It's also important to note. That Riot has begun changing their position on smurfs. Smurfs, technically, are bannable all by them selves. Using smurfs to avoid bans would appear to be the problem here. I would expect League to become very unfriendly towards smurfs in the near future.

It's easy, since his death count is so high he is getting banned by the automated ban system. Any "actual" moderator would see he tried his best to win. Even the enemy team must've reported him

Whenever someone picks sion I just lock in Morde and buy Dark seal first item. That really seems to discourage the inting playstyle.

All that's happened here is that Riot made their int detection systems more aggressive. They're not targeting Baus, they're finally cracking down on people literally running down mid. Unfortunately for Baus, the algorithm can't tell the difference between his worst games and mobi boots Draven.
