You probably don't read this Baus, but those types of sound panels are to help with reflections being echoed back into your microphone, they're used in sound/music recording. To stop sound getting out you simply need more material in the wall, denser materials are better. Best easy option if you don't want to get into construction is to just hang thick blankets on the wall.

That wall foam is for helping reduce echo and does almost nothing to actually insulate sound unless you cover your walls in it. Look at sound booths, for instance.
