flashing vs sion is something you can decide ahead of the fight, since he has the most predictable abilities in the game.

@@raphaelnej8387 i dont know why baus doesnt go ghost since he said it himself: the value of his flash is less than that of his ulti cooldown, and he hates that. In addition, it is much less valuable against his opponent than when his opponent flashes his abilities.

@@InevitableTruth247 because Ghost is easily replaceable(Youmouu's fill the same role), there's no better alternative to dodging skillshots(or stuns/AOEs or reposition or chase). Flash alleviates one of Sion's weakness(no mobility/dashes)... You can see how he values mobility(same with Prowlers Claw) Flash also counters flash abusers(which is almost everyone coz 99% has flash) He can also use flash to proxy waves early on super unplayable lanes, and sometimes playing around the vision/fog of war using flash. Flash is just too versatile vs Ghost to replace. TL;DR Flash because there's no better alternative, and because Flash abuse

I think a riot employee watched this video or the stream because in 12.14 there is a section dedicated to Sion bug fixes. And one of them mentions the situation that happened @ 4:11 and @ 8:19 where Sion's auto would sometimes just randomly cancel itself. However they also fixed the "point blank R+Q into extended stun duration" combo.
