I'm a pothead with a shoddy memory, but I know exactly where I was and what I was doing when I found out John Lennon had been shot, when 911 happened, when the Oklahoma bombing happened, when various family or friends died. They're heartbreaking photographs in time. You couldn't be accused of raping a 12 year old, whether you were innocent or guilty and forget a thing about it.

I didn’t need to understand body language to know that a) when you’ve already evaded a case because you claimed you had a consensual relationship and b) your DNA was found on the murdered gal’s private parts, her back, her back brace, her belt, & even MORE private parts. This was not a consensual sexual relationship, no matter how many actors and anti-death penalty advocates claim otherwise. Nope. No way.

Ikr? And I don't believe he was having a consensual sexual relationship with the murdered girl either. She was getting married in three weeks and was hardly likely in the first place and especially, given that her fiance was a cop, to suddenly be wanting to slum it with a sleazy accused-rapist. He's just saying that to try to explain away his DNA being all over her body. The sad thing is, many will believe that and she isn't here to defend herself so he's not only murdered her body, he's slaughtered her reputation as well. Kill him already! Even though I'm against the death penalty in principle.

Guys, great video as always. Please just worry less about critique from people online, especially those who definitely don't have a fraction of your knowledge or experience. Questions are cool, the "we're not saying he's guilty or innocent" disclaimer makes sense, but some person who's never done an interrogation in his life telling you you don't know what you're talking about is totally worth ignoring :)

My 2nd comment, sorry. I just wanna say that, although I realise that none of these TBP vids are about "guilty or innocent"; although they are primarily intended to help teach us about body language and behaviour, I can't help but become interested in the cases you're speaking about. (I'd say most people who are drawn to this channel are fairly curious people to some degree). I think it's fairly natural that people start *thinking* about guilt/ innocence after watching one of these things. It's hard not to. After watching so many of your videos now, It's hitting home to me more than ever that there's always SO much more to any story than we first might assume. It's not ALL body language; it's not ALL the words that are used ( I'm very much a "what kind of language are they using" kinda gal). It's not ALL tone of voice. It's a combination of things. And then there's gut feeling ( which sounds airy-fairy and woo-woo, but I still believe is important, as that's literally saved my neck once or twice). I'm seeing how easy it can be to be misled if relying on only ONE of the aforementioned aspects.

Totally agree. If they took the time to get more than a mere glimpse into this case, they’d not only find Kardashian’s Innocent Project laughable, they’d be the ones volunteering to flip the switch on ‘ol Sparky. It’s also obvious that Hartley is half-familiar with this case and for some unimaginably stupid reason, starts to backpedal at the end of the video. I suppose he’s afraid of being wrong in the court of the Social Justice Warriors. You can’t have it both ways.

Feeding shelter dogs? Raping someone else? Parading around in a Barney suit at a park singing Christmas carols? Like give us SOMETHING. It can be embarrassing, it can be bad... Well, I did what Greg suggested and read more about the case & people. What a mess! How do you consistently put yourself in a position to be ACCUSED of sexual assault MULTIPLE times in your life? And never saying "I didn't do it", rather "I was acquitted"🤔🤔🤔 I've been on the periphery of boxers. They have a predatory mindset. They are always looking for weaknesses and weak people. Usually stems from being picked on or using your size dominance to get your way. Without impulse control, danger is always there.

For a guy who says it was just about having a good time, why did he have such a sour look on his face when the interviewer said the word "engaged". I mean if she meant nothing, then why would you have that look? In addition, he stated he already had someone on the side, in addition to her..I just don't understand why he would be bothered at the word "engaged" Mark mentioned jealousy. This man has been through a trial and 17 years of prison time to think about what has happened. He has had lots of time to formulate a clear, concise alibi. and to know the facts of the case to use in his defense. So why is it he didn't have any answers as to where he was on the night of the murder? No knowledge of the other accusers? Who is getting ready for work vat 3am when they don't have to be at work until 7-9:30 am? And when asked what he would want the public to know about him and the case he says he is a grandfather. Throughout the interview he is acting like bemused. Sorry. This man is not innocent, and is really bad at deflection.
