Movement and aim are something that will improve with time and practice. The training video does not help much. As your hand gets used to playing faster, movement improves, and aim improves as you learn to use the gyroscope better. Do you have these skins? You can add skins from the Vault section. You should also select the "Adjust skins for all weapons" option in the graphics settings section.
