With fingerspins in general, it's worth noting that C3 was doing fingerspin yoyos before like anyone else. The Dark Sonic came out in like 2011-12 and that thing was way ahead of anything else out at the time in terms of fingerspin capabilities.

I get where you are coming from with the Horizon being trumped by other yoyos, but its fingerspinning ability is actually phenomenal. I have gotten 4 mins plus before, its just a matter of finding the sweet spot and keeping your finger still.

Hey Brandon, So I have a Move yoyo. I bought it a while ago but have not really played with it consistently for about a year. Recently I have tried it again just to see how it compared to other wider throws like the Wangle, and the Marco and noticed that the speed of this yoyo is absolutely amazing! It plays so much faster than any other yoyo I have and like you said, it provides really tight binds which I find really important. Do you think the responsiveness of the binds depends on the yoyo itself, or dose it depend more on the response pads?? I am just asking because I would love if my Marco would have tight binds like that.

Brandon would you recommend the M.O.V.E. or Shutter or Horizon. (I love fingerspins and horizontal play. I also like tech tricks.)

Actually I have to disagree with you on that. I'm new to throwing but I carry mines everyday and play like at least 20 minutes. If you practice finger spins very often you will be able to do them for a long time with the horizon. I recently achieved the "soft finger" and with the horizon being my only horizontal yoyo it spins for a very long time!

I feel like we're hitting the point where almost every new yo-yo is designed around fingerspins. Although, the fingerspin seems like its just designed to play horizontally.

I don't get the hype with finger spins, I was crazy about it when I fest got the horizon, but after I was able to finger spins for about 2 minutes it got boring, like honestly finger spins are something that are fun to do, but are seriously annoying if that's all you do
