Great Dog, I go to rural upstate New York where there's wildlife, Eastern Coyotes, Feral dogs, and occasionally black bears, or bobcats. I need a Tough loyal dog like Ol Yeller. Here it is.

Beautiful animals. You could put this dog in the dictionary as a description of a dog. Very similar to The British Alaunt.

Yea they are the Spanish Alaunt lovely dogs excellent breed

Lo que dices de los villanos no es de todo cierto o sea que no todos son cruce de alano con pastor vasco tambien los hay que son cruce con perro lobero y hay otros que son cruce de boxer con pastor vasco o perro lobero

Please explain who is ANCAE VS SEFCA who I was dealing with many years ago back in in 2001! So where were you back then when a selected members of young men who went up to the Northern part of Spain to meet the farmers and hunters that had the dogs. The Alanos have been shown in Spain in shows at that time! Corro was the one of the most famous Spanish Alanos. I don’t know 🤷🏽♂️ who this gentleman is but he wasn’t around when we were there in 2001!

Javier Para and Javier Garcia were two of the original breeders who were bringing back the breed! I can certainly send you pictures of them and the champion dogs.
