2 lotus and 3 bone feels right in a RDA deck

Hey, I'm glad you like RDA Centurion some things to clear up from my side. 1. There is no such as a grind game in YGO right now. Games are over by turn 3-4. RDA cooly enough hase the ability to finish games just as fast. 2. I don't think RDA needs utility and abilities to cheat out boss monsters. You make your board and win on the next turn. 15 hand traps decreases the celling of the opps board and lets you break it. 3. Between Primera requiring your NS, Trudea being a brick, the quick play spell (If you play the dragon that is another brick) you add more unnecessary cards to a deck that already has enough bricks. You can pitch anything for Bone's effect, BUT that doesn't mean you SHOULD play it.

​@thecalieffect I think there's a lot of wisdom to this. I was playing mannadium against a RDA player that went first. His board was was so interactive that I just scooped game two even though I opened pretty decently. No grind game to be had there.

@@froakage7437 You'll probably be able to find quite a few, but you'll definitely want to experiment with ratios for the Cent variant as from what I see, different people have better results with different ratios.

Hey, I enjoyed the read. You seem very insightful on the deck as well. i respect your opinion and think it provide some good points! Allow me to give you a breakdown on why I think it's optimal in case it wasn't clear in the video. 1. There are 13 Ways into Soul giving you about an 80% chance to open it. Competitively speaking, it's on par with Snake opening SE Ash. Some games are unlucky, but when you have this type of consistency to open your best card you roll with it. Especially if you have other 2 card combos for the 20% of the time that can make up for it. 2. As far as needing Crimson & Soul that is incorrect. Crimson by itself is full combo into Hot Red + Red Reign. The goal was to beat snake eyes and with an 60% chance of also drawing at least 2 hand interrupts, it gives you more than enough to handle that matchup. Remember bigger board doesn't always mean a better one. 3. I absolutely LOVE the Supay Engine strictly because it does play past Nib, but when deck building you have to a make some concessions. In order for me to play enough interruption to counter top decks as well as extenders/protection I had to cut down on engine. It's a good thing that Nib is the 5th most used HT right now and we play Crossout + other extenders to help. 4. You're correct Lotus is NOT a great extension piece, but here it is the center piece of the deck imo. Red Reign does answer the Snek matchup better than Abyss/Dis Pater or even Red Super. I love that you dropped your opinion and I hope you well received mine!

Oh yeah, of course dude! As enjoyers of arguably one of the coolest archetypes in the entire game, duelists should always work together instead of against eachother. Now that I see your point with Abyss and Red Reign being powerful against snake-eyes, I do realize that if you brick that badly that you only open with one Soul Resonator, you likely have other handtraps that go along with it. Which you also said, if I remember the video correctly. Nonetheless, great work as always. I don't know how people give you Master Duel replays to watch, but if you're interested in seeing a pure RDA build going second without any handtraps drawn on my side, let me know.

This list isn't bad but needs work. 2 bone is kinda weird but ig works No void apocolapse which I feel is mandatory in pure if your not playing extenders such as supay, wildwind. Flame crime isn't "always" a great extender and ending on just abyss plus red reign is Cool but isn't always enough to win the game assuming it gets disrupted

Good amount of going second duels. It'll show you how void Apocalypse can be used Also i just learned a new combo from you thanks big dog.

I would recommend cutting 1 nib and playing a 3rd Crimson Gaia or a Foolish Burial

As long as u at least get soul w/R.L.K. and get access to abyss plus R.R. in the back seat and at least 2 hand traps you should be able to break your opponent on their turn and follow up with an otk. I recommend playing 2 lotus. 1 isn't enough and 3 is a slight brick.

Yes, you can revive the Scarred with Shining and go into Crimson during your opponents turn, or you can go into Centur-ION auxilia and since she's a dark dragon, Scarred will Lightning Vortex the opponent

Bro, me too. I was looking for a profile with some info and combos on Lotus and Black Atlas himself blessed us with his absolute powerforce of a deck profile. (No disrespect/racism intended Cali, just using ur nickname from your 1st 2 rda vids)

In this scenario, bone Archfiend would increase abyss to level 10 so he’s cali is correct in this game-state because bone archfiends level effect is permanent until abyss leaves the field I believe.

It increases the ceiling, but doesn't make the deck better in terms of consistency/resiliency so it's not really that great rn. I like that it COULD make dis pater on the opposing turn, but that only works if you combo, which means you already are in a position to win.

Shining not good in RDA sadly

​@angelburgos1871 no worries. Shining star can be great in a Stardust Synchron Deck or even a pure centurion build.

Try to bait the Ash beforehand. YGO is as much a mind game as it is a memory game. Using cards like Foolish Burial, Crimson Gaia, Resonator Call or Stonesweeper can bait an Ash out.

Cross out, Res Call, Earthbound, Vision, Crimson Gaia. If you follow up with any of these 12 cards (Around an 80% chance to have at least one) you can on Scarred + Red Zone + Red Reign which is just as good.

If you have skynron and soul in Hand u can play around veiler and imperm you normal summon soul search bone bone dumps vision you increase your level go to scared summon synkron an proceed with the combo as usual your opponent had to hold imperm for there turn or if they have veiler it’s useless

There's no point a lot of times. With Scared + Red + Reign + up too 3 Interrupts you should be winning by turn 3.

It is a good card and can be a hand trap Negate plus an OTK enabler since it gives a Synchro you control 2k attack, but it takes the right moment to pull it off.

Shining Star Dragon synergies very well the RDA because most of them are level 8’s so the fact that you can get another level 10 or 12 with a free summon on your opponent’s turn can help you depending on what the situation you’re in.

me personally i’d say belle, because it has more versatility in most matchups against decks that spec back a lot from grave, which is quite a few. D.D crow is a good option to side though

@@jd5655 I tried it in Master Duel, if you go first and already have full combo with it in hand it's crazy toxic since you can ditch it to special summon bone archfiend.

Yeah. RLK isn't the best. I like the board it can establish, but it can be dead.

I guess bc that effect can come up sometimes and it is another body. But tbh it isn't that good. I prefer Tyrant RDA or DED
