As an avid toilet paper user, what does this even mean? Are you referencing it being over or under? Because you can use both sides of toilet paper you know? Like both sides are face up and face down, just flip it over and the part that was face down is now up. I haven’t watched more than a minute of this video so if there’s a reference I haven’t reached I apologize, but toilet paper being face up or face down makes about as much sense as a screen door on a submarine.

Lets be honest: Silhouhatte is just budget SP. I do think it's a safe investment at least (i can't see this card ever getting banned), and it has potential to get better if Konami prints more busted trap monsters.

Depends on if the opponents deck is weaker to removal or negation i guess. S:P is also more geared to going second where shilouhatte is only really good going first.

If you're competing to win this season, just pick up the S:P. And if you aren't desperate for something for WCQs or Worlds, I'd just wait, I'm 100% certain S:P gets reprinted in Bonanza or the Tins.
