50yo here remembering how this song was a big part of my soundtrack 25 years ago. They were(are) so good for so long, but this was peak Charlatans for me. A brilliant song I will enjoy for the rest of my life.

This album was more rock'n'roll than there previous and was more commercially accessible. This album made them even more popular. They were the best. I remember watching them in the early 90s on the independent chart show. Was a great times more music.

@ChingoChango I stand corrected, i forgot how great that album was, feeling holy tooth ache and crashin' in, just when you're thinking things over has a big rolling stones vibe. Yeah a heavy rock'n'roll album for sure. Between 10th&11th is my best charlatans record. Amazing work they produced from 90 /97 haven't really listened to there last 3 albums. I'm sure I'm missing out though?

Best band ever . Plus I miss the days when lads dressed like this . EDIT!! I’m from ,Manchester. Live in Manchester. Know the score about people who do dress like this ... my point tho , it’s not the same as the late 90s when this was how everybody dressed..... in other words , there were no muscles and sleeve tats , just parkas and shirts and jeans .

Great band. Met Jon Brookes a few times in the past at the 5th nightclub in Walsall and village Inn in wednesbury. Great bloke and sadly missed....

July 2018 20th every time I listen to the charlatans song how high it is brilliant i never get tired of it or of watching the video to it of them in the woods with their very bright clothes i have always loved them since i was a teenager and I still do don't know what it is about this song and your so pretty were so pretty live class the audience reaction

Try to listen also to #TheStoneRoses - they won't let you down....30 years later and still a true masterpiece ( their eponymous debut album called ' Stone Roses ' by Stone Roses. And also " The Second Coming ' by StoneRoses. And if you want Charlatans album to really rock your world my all time favourite album along with Stone Roses album is The Charlatans 2nd album " Between 10th & 11th ' life changing for me....👌💯 Enjoy !!

Took me ages to find this. The opening 30 secs came on during a Premier League 2007-08 Season Review montage. I kept searching under 'Oasis 2007' and couldn't find it. Even searched for 'lead singers like Liam Gallagher'. Nothing. Google's 'search song' feature found it. I vaguely remember the Charlatans but didn't remember them sounding like this! Great find

I remember speaking to their roadies after their gig at Reading Rivermead 7/5/97 and they were saying that the band were off to Epping Forest the following day to film this. Wish I'd driven down there now to watch.
