Another tradition we've all been looking forward to every Christmas are the Christmas Station IDs of two big television networks in the Philippines, showcasing the brightest and most bankable artists under their turf. Every year, since 2009, these two TV networks have been putting everything to produce the best Christmas-themed songs that often becomes part of the Christmas sing-along parties and caroling. Every Filipino is always looking forward to it. Thus, becoming a tradition. You should try reacting to those Christmas Station IDs.

The video forgot to mention, there are lots of fireworks and noisy firecrackers in Christmas not just New Year in the Philippines. It's really noisy it's like world war. Unfortunately, recently though, I noticed it's not as loud as before. Christmas used to be really fun and full of laughter and firework explosives but things have changed recently esp the fireworks part for Christmas. Also, most houses used to be adorned with Christmas lights but these past few years, people's houses are not as bright and decorative in Christmas time compared to before in the 90s and 2000s when almost every house whether rich or poor has Christmas lights. Christmas is still a big thing but it's not as festive compared to before. Just my observations.

Christmas parties... we have a lot of that here specially when you’re already working. Like, my friends and I would have our Christmas party, then our team at work would have one, too. Then our project would have one also, then every department would have one, too, then the company.. that’s why December is full of love, happiness, and joy. ❤️

Christmas is indeed a very special holiday here in the Philippines. This is the time of the year where most families also do the family reunion that is why most OFW's go back home. They say nothing really beats the Christmas in the Philippines

The MMFF is also a competition. The entries are selected around July to be shown at Christmas. Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Film, etc are awarded at the end of the festival.

Monito-monita ❤️ I miss having that at work. We usually have monito-monita starting November until December. We do it weekly and every week there would be “Something” categories for it. For example, this week the gift should be “Something long and hard” or “Something you don’t want to receive” 🤣 and it’s really exciting and during the gift exchanging, we were very loud... full of laughter! ❤️

Best time to go to Philippine is always the Christmas season, but be cautious almost if not all places will be packed from the airports to the streets. Prices will be a bit higher book your flights and lodgings 6 months and up ahead, it all well worth it. There's an annual competitions of Christmas Parol in Pampangan(North of MNL), these are giant parol do a reaction those.
