If I am a multi-millionaire, I would rather choose to have a farm, maybe 5 hectares to 20 hectares farm in the South of Luzon, building it as a WORKING farm, with lots of fast-growing trees, free range chickens, pigs, goats, and cows...then, I will build my Spanish-inspired Mansion inside the farm.

I totally agree with you. Everytime I go home to the Philipines-specifically to my province I am shocked as how many of the local politicians can afford nice houses and swanky cars then I learn from my brothers that even our childhood playmates who did not come from wealth are suddenly wealthy only because they entered politics. They have become rich but our town is still suffering from deficient infrastructures. It´s really time people should realize that if their town and their personal circumstances have not improved it is because they have cast (sold) their votes to corrupt politicians. Tandaan ninyo walang mangogoyo kung hindi kayo magpapagoyo. Ganoon lang iyan ka simple.

Kahit sa lancaster city lang sana ok na rin sa akin yun. Minsan kasi kakapanood ko sa presello nalulula ako sa mga bahay na pine feature,pagkalalaki at parang kailangan ko ng intercom para maka connect sa mga kasambahay. Di bale na iyong 100 sq. Meter at least ties ang samahan ng mga nasa loob ng bahay.

Wack Wack in Mandaluyong is easily as expensive, maybe even more so, than Greenhills. It’s also probably more exclusive. I seldom see houses for sale in this village.

Nope. Maliliit houses sa Valle Verde and mostly high paid employees nakatira. While in La Vista normal lot size mga 2,000 sqm and wealthy businessmen & politicians nakatira. So when computing lot price in La Vista do not multiply by 500 sqm, start with some of the smallest cut na 1,000 sqm lang
