Yes, you can touch hair brush to the scalp, no need to worry, it will not harm your scalp.

It will remain straight for upto 5 to 6 hrs but if you apply setting spray on your hair then it will remain straoght for a whole day.

Normally toh aisa nahi hota he. Shayad aapke use karne me kuch error ho raha he. Aap On button ko press karke rakhiye, usske baad wo on hone par aapko celcius me temperature dikhayega. Agar aap usse phir se press karke rakhenge toh wo temperature Farenheit me show karega. Aap karke ke dekhiye. Kabhi kabhi new electronic items ke display screen par aisa error dikhta hai but wo apne aap hi thik ho jayega use ke sath. Agar phir bhi aapko error show ho to please aap mujhe usska photo mere whatsapp number +91 9867492102 par send kar dijiyega. Agar machine me fault hoga to me aapko replace karke de dungi

Iska maximum temperature 230 degrees hota hai. Aap straightener ko manually 230 Degrees par set kar ke usse heat up hone ke liye rakh dijiye. After a few minutes temperature rise hona start ho jayega and then straightener 230 degrees tak automatically heat up ho jayega. Phir usse aapko plug me rakhkar hi straightening karni hai. Straightener ko off nahi karna hai.
