They usually won't set a meter until you line is installed! But they could set it if you get an electrician to set you a temp setup that's basically just a series of plug-ins at the pole ! Man you guys it's coming together ! Happy for you guys !

Jason, going that broken weld and grind the 3/8 " metal on the bracket and make penitration on both sides of the weld. You got good penitration on the tube but not the bracket. Penitrate both and the weld will last!

Usually the outside junction box is on the customer. They are classified as permanent and temp. Usually the box is upgraded when the house is complete. One classified for a mobile home will get you past both phases with out a junction box change. Allow for shop connections, and save you money.

Good job on the tractor tie rod bend and eventually, you're going to do it again too, it happens. If you're not breaking tractor parts or implements, then you're not using it. I'd be creative and figure out a way to leave that 2nd entrance an entrance. Trust me when I say you'll want a secondary for if/as needed auxilliary entrance. Meaning, have it be a gate, but not look like a gate. If not a hinged swinging panel, at least a removeable panel. You never know when a main entrance can be blocked for whatever reason, or if you have a piece of equipment or something that won't be able to use the cattle guard entrance due to lenght or size or the path that needs to be taken. You may only need it 2 or 3 times in 10 yeas, but when that time comes, you'll be glad you did it that way. We used our 2nd entrance to get an excavator on the property at one time, and also had to use it for our 40 foot container delivery.
