now this is a stylist.... RESPECT! i hate when i go to a salon and they say they cant cut a natural hair into a pixie cut.

Only certain textures can do this and make it look good don’t expect to be 4c and try doing this

You never needed a relaxer for a simple style like this. Ppl have been washing and blow dry since forever. But these stylists arent versatile as they used to be and let's not talk about how they've treated the natural hair community since everybody STOP getting relaxed all the time. Basically dont believe the hype.

The stylist did a good job on the client's natural hair, some stylist would try to talk you into getting a relaxer I'm like there are other options.

Crystal Waters her hair texture is on the softer side if her hair texture was a 4c it would not look the same or even last ..but the style is beautiful! The stylist did a great job

This video is so inspirational. Every stylist I’ve talked to told me I had to get a relaxer to create a pixie cut style...it’s discouraging when stylist don’t want to take the time out all they want to do is the easy process due to having lots of clients & limited time slots...

Elise Troop you don't think she received any heat dsmage from this? I love how it turned out, I just couldn't tell if it was a versatile style or not.. if she could wear it natural and straight wothout any heat damage.

MysTaria87 Not necessarily. Heat doesn't mean you will get heat damaged. You need heat to create certain styles...

Great video!!! Amazing technique! You didn't use the hair texture as an excuse to create an awesome haircut. It just proves that those who "can't" do is both out of "won't do" attitude and "laziness to learn a different technique" mindset
