Nasunog yung bike shop ko (Skylark's Bike Shop ) sa Cainta last Monday, April 10, 2023. Madaming nagtatanong at nagpadala ng message kung anong nangyari kaya nagdecide ako na gawin na lang ang update video na ito para sa mga nagtatanong kung ano ba ang nangyari at mangyayari sa ating maliit na negosyo.

Nasa construction industry ako, kapag nag papainstall ako ng electrical sinisigurado namin nasa maganda ikakabit na wire at breaker para iwas sunog, lalo na kung luma wire hindi na namin ito pinapagamit mas okay na mamili ng bago. Sir Carlo may sign kapag luma o nabalatan ung wire medyo may lamat na laminated ng wire at kapag nag short ito puputok ung wire mismo. dapat din naka ayos breaker nyo para once mag short electrical mag auto shut down breaker para hindi na kumalat pa

Unfortunately, medyo luma na itong building na nirerentahan ko. Upon inspecation after the fire, medyo madami ng kailangan ayusin or palitan especially sa wiring. Pati ang breaker hindi nagshutdown dahil mukhang luma. Anyway, as I said, this is an expensive lesson that I learned. Thank you 😍

naiyak ako sa nangyari ngaun kulang napanood to.nasunogan na kasi kami ng bahay dati last 2001 and 2014.kaya relate ako sa nangyaring ito.more bike pa sir.wala pa akung ebike pero nagplaplano at nag hahanap ako kung anung bagay sa akin at medyo kaya sa budget.

Megger testing is NOT required by local as well as national Fire Departments but this is one of the most important aspect of electrical safety installation. The wiring may look Ok by visual inspection but the insulation is not and this may be the cause of fire wherein the insulation will overheat and cause fire. Also, retailers of electrical bikes should install chemical fire suppressant instead of using water which can worsen the fire. Chinese made batteries are known to explode and cause fire without warning.

It's hard to watch n ung business n pinagpaguran mo ng mahabang panahon, magiging abo lng.. nakakapanlambot tlga.. I think, medjo agree ako sa theory ng BFP sa cause ng fire.. possible n sa e-bikes nanggaling ung apoy since napakasensitive ng lithium batteries.. kasi pansin ko sa video, sunog n sunog ung mga bikes. lower section ng shop ung napuruhan nde ung upper section.. kasi ung section, ung kisame nde bagsak eh.. well this is just my own opinion.. pero sir, makakabangon k uli.. laban lng..

Dapat di binigyan ng bfp yun building ng permit sa pag operate kse fire hazard na pala. Nadamay pa tuloy yun mga nagrerent na my negosyo.

Kaso ang reality dito sa atin sa Pinas ay hindi naman talaga nag iinspect ang BFP pag renewal ng business permit. Basta nagbayad ka na ng fee nila ok na yun. That’s a sad reality.
