Transportation Day looks like fun. And the wonderful Brown Derby dining room is a bit like being tranported to the 1930s! The menu selections you guys chose look delicious.

Brown Derby is one of my favorites! Nothing beats the classic Cobb Salad.

I could ride the boats, Skyliner and monorail all day long, thank you guys for doing this. :) I admit I'm mildly disappointed that the Brown Derby doesn't actually have spaghetti and meatballs on their menu, because after seeing Lucy eat it in that classic Hollywood "I Love Lucy" episode a million times I would have wanted nothing else but spag n balls as my very first meal there, darn... Also, I'd want to see every single caricature on that wall, every single one of them! I'm glad the Brown Derby lives on somewhere 👍

The Brown Derby artwork in gold frames are from the previous Brown Derby. The black framed artwork was made for the Orlando Brown Derby.

You can also get the Cobb salad at the side area outside. Just a little tip for folks. I'm itching to get back to Disney and EPCOT but I have to say I'm tired of Wallcot and I'm looking forward to the construction being completed

We ate at the Brown Derby 35 years ago. It was fabulous! There was a Luella Parsons reinactor roaming the floor playing with the patrons.

Thank you! The actual riding to get from point a to b was fun. The Brown Derby recreation restaurant was beautiful. When Hollywood was Hollywood. Seeing over view of Disney World Epicot.

We have the storm remnants hanging around the Northeast, mostly bands of nasty rain.

This is great! We are planning a trip out there (from CA) next spring and will most likely rent a car for the freedom it provides but I definitely want to try the sky liner etc. great for when we want to have a couple of drinks and neither of us has to be the designated driver! 😍

Richard Cobb was one of the starting founder. not just a salad creator..lolol. First time I went to one was late 70s maybe 1980 in Fort Meyers. I believe that has sense gine defunct. Great memories though, so thank you for that ATW.

I said years ago when we where there last, that they needed some other form of transportation to different parts of the park where you did not have to drive. When did they install the Sky Liner Ride, what year ? We have Not been there for about Ten years due to some health problems. We still have passes to the part. Can't wait till we come down again to see everything New.

Fun fact: The original Brown Derby artwork was purchased by the owner of "The Original Red Onion Restaurant" in Palos Verdes California. He purchased it when they tore the Brown Derby down and displays it in the restaurant.

Can’t afford Disney tickets anymore🥴so favorite way to do something there is ride transportation and hotel hop! My fav is the Sassagoula River boat from Disney Springs to Port Orleans, used to stay at Dixie Landings back in the day💜 Can’t set foot inside parks like that, but it’s something🤪
